The staff was polite and attempted to assist.

Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The room I was given was nothing like the photos on the website—it felt dirty and uninviting. the shower was a disaster, offering either scalding water or none at all. It was extremely frustrating to have to complain multiple times about basic necessities like toilet paper and a remote for the TV. This stay was nothing short of disappointing.

Fantastic location near the Old Quarter, with easy access to local attractions and street markets. Room 604 offered a stunning view of the lake which made mornings delightful. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful, quickly arranging trips and providing a cash refund when our Halong Bay trip was canceled. Breakfast included tasty chicken noodle soup and various bread options, catering to different tastes. the room itself fell short of expectations. it was a bit shabby and needed cleaning. The bathroom was particularly problematic, with old fixtures, a leaking shower, and dangerously scalding hot water. The entrance is not wheelchair accessible, which made it difficult for my elderly companion. Despite these issues, the staff's service and the hotel's excellent location made our stay memorable.

Good location and 24-hour reception, but room air conditioning barely worked.

the location is super close to the lake and old town, so u can walk everywhere easily. the staff was friendly, especially the lady at the front desk who helped us with tours. breakfast was decent with some local options! and the view from the restaurant is nice.

the beds are way too hard, like sleeping on a rock. the bathroom needs serious work, like leaks and outdated fixtures.

The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The view from the restaurant is stunning, especially during sunset. Staff members were attentive and sought to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We particularly loved looking out at the lake from the rooftop terrace during breakfast. it truly enhanced our experience.

The beds were incredibly hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
